How long does it usually take to get a rental?
Most of the companies we list ship on the same day that you place your order, as long as you place your order before the last mail run of the day. Depending on how far you live from the rental company, it will take approximately 1-5 days before your DVDs arrive in your mailbox.

What if my DVDs don’t arrive on schedule?
If it has been over a week since the DVD has been mailed and you still haven’t received it OR it has been over a week since you mailed it back to the rental company and they haven’t received it, then contact the company. Usually they will mark it as late and send out your next movie.

What do I do if my rental arrives damaged?
Simply contact your rental company and let them know the movie is broken and then mail it back. You will be promptly sent a replacement movie or the next movie in your queue.

Can I cancel or change my club membership?
Most rental companies work on a month by month membership basis. You should confirm this with your chosen rental company when signing up. You will be able to cancel anytime, but your monthly costs will not be prorated, i.e.; if you only rented 1 movie that month instead of 3.

Do they usually have new movies in stock?
Rental companies want to stay competitive and most keep a large stock of new movies so you will usually be able to watch what you want, when you want. If the title you would like is not currently released yet, simply add it to your rental queue (or wish list) and it will be sent to you when it becomes available. If for some reason a movie is out of stock, the next movie on your list will be sent out. Most clubs work on a first come, first serve basis.

Why did I receive some movies out of the order on my list?
When you return a movie or have an open slot in your Rental Queue, usually the company will make every effort to ship your first choice. If a title in a higher spot is out of stock, send your next available in-stock title. This way, you will always have great movies on hand!

What if I have a shipping problem or a dvd that won’t work?
If you have any shipping problems, such as delayed arrival or incorrect shipments, you should report them to the Customer Service representatives of your rental company. You can also log on to your account information page to see your rental history.

How Much Does It Cost?
Membership at generally around $20 per month. You can have 3 rentals out at one time. Shipping is included both both ways. Most importantly – absolutely no late fees.
